Meet the Team
Michelle Vincent
In 2010, I founded Michelle Vincent Occupational Therapy, a successful Pediatric Private Practice in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Over the next 10 years, the practice grew substantially. In 2020, I relocated to Australia to support the development of the pediatric brand for an established National NDIS registered company. My experience, in addition to individual assessment and supports, includes running a pediatric practice, developing programs, collaborating with schools, training- and supervising therapists, running workshops, and founding support groups for parents and siblings of children with developmental differences. I provide high- quality, evidence-based therapy, with a particular passion for sensory challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
My goal is to help individuals achieve optimal occupational performance and independence, focusing on their unique potential and setting meaningful goals for them and their families. Over the past 3 years, I’ve developed a passion for facilitating access to services through the NDIS and digital platforms. I advocate for early intervention and believe in close collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals in the child’s support team. I also specialize in supporting young teenagers and providing sensory support across the lifespan.

Aleks Kelly
Hi, I’m Aleks Kelly, a proud mum of three and the newly appointed Allied Health Assistant here at Iconic Kids Allied Health. I have a deep passion for supporting children to grow, learn, and reach their full potential — a passion that’s driven my recent transition into the world of paediatric allied health.
Over the past 12 months, I have been working toward the successful completion of my Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance through TAFE QLD, undertaking my clinical placement under the supervision of Michelle here at Iconic Kids. This handson experience has given me invaluable insight into the rewarding and impactful nature of paediatric occupational therapy.
Before embarking on this career change, I worked across audiology and business management, particularly within the hospitality and beauty industries. I hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy (2011, TAFE QLD) and a Diploma of Business (2016, The Australian Academy of Business). While these roles may seem worlds apart, they have all shaped my people-first approach, strong interpersonal skills, and love of helping others thrive. Although I’m new to the OT field, I bring an enthusiastic and compassionate perspective to the team. I’m deeply committed to supporting children in a way that recognises how every small step can make a big difference. I truly believe that therapy grounded in kindness, consistency, and creativity can be lifechanging for families.
I feel incredibly lucky to be learning and growing alongside Michelle and the amazing team at Iconic Kids Allied Health, and I’m so excited for what lies ahead.

I am Chacha, Atchareeya Sumalai, a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for supporting children’s development, particularly in the early years. Over the past five years, I have worked closely with children in diverse early childhood settings across Australia, where I’ve been committed to fostering inclusive, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
My professional journey began in Thailand, where I earned a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree with Honours in 2018. Driven by a desire to deepen my impact in the educational space,
I completed a Master of Teaching in 2025 in Australia, equipping me with a holistic understanding of child development from both clinical and pedagogical perspectives.
My approach blends therapeutic expertise with teaching strategies, enabling me to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s
unique potential. I am especially passionate about early intervention, sensory integration, and creating supportive learning environments for children with diverse needs.
